Radish Salad
Ingredients
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. liquid shortening
2 tsp. lemon juice
watercress, desired amount, coarsely chopped
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1 bunch red radishes
Cooking Instructions
Combine salt, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, vinegar, liquid shortening, and lemon juice in screw top jar. Shake to blend. Coarsely chop watercress, lettuce and radishes place in salad bowl. Add dressing toss to blend.
