Quick Ravioli Casserole
Ingredients
1 med. size can ravioli
1 lb. ground beef, browned (season as desired)
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can diced Rotel
1 can nacho cheese soup
crushed corn chips or tortilla chips
Cooking Instructions
Layer in 13″ x 9″ pan as follows: crushed chips, meat, corn and ravioli. Mix Rotel and soup; pour on top of layers. Bake at 350º degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with crushed chips, the last few minutes of cooking time.
