Quick One Dish Meal (6 Layer Dinner)
Ingredients
2 C. sliced raw potatoes
2 C. chopped celery
1 lb. ground beef (or pork)
1 C. chopped onion
1/2 C. chopped green pepper
2 C. canned tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Cooking Instructions
Place ingredients in order given in layers in greased baking dish. Season each layer. Bake at 300ΒΊ degrees for 2 hours.
