Quick Marinated Chicken
Ingredients
1 chicken, cut-up
Marinade:
1/2 C. vinegar
1 C. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. ground black pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Cooking Instructions
Rinse chicken pieces, pat dry and place in a large plastic bag. Place marinade ingredients in a jar, cover and mix well. Pour marinade over chicken, squeeze out air and seal bag. Rotate several times to coat chicken. Marinade in refrigerator from1 hour to overnight. Remove chicken, saving excess marinade. Grill over hot coals or 6-7 inches from oven broiler until done, for30-45 minutes, basting several times with reserved marinade.
