Quick German Skillet
Ingredients
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut, with juice
2/3 C. uncooked rice
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
Cooking Instructions
Melt margarine in large saucepan and spread sauerkraut over. Layer with uncooked rice, onion, ground beef, salt and pepper. Pour tomato sauce over all. Cook over low heat 25 to 30 minutes. 6 servings.
