Pumpkin Pecan Pepper Bread
Ingredients
1/2 C. mashed pumpkin or canned
1/4 C. buttermilk, sour cream, or plain yogurt
1 large egg
1 Tbsp. dark corn syrup or molasses
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter; soft
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1 tsp. kosher salt
2 1/4 C. unbleached all purpose flour
2 tsp. yeast
1 C. pecans
Cooking Instructions
Place all in order given in your bread machine and follow manufacturer’s instructions for best results. This recipe can be made with the regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycles.
