Pul Ko Kee
Ingredients
3 lbs. beef, sliced thin
4 tsp. powdered sesame seed, toasted & ground
1/2 C. shoyu (soy sauce)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
3 stalks green onion, minced
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 C. sesame oil
1 tsp. MSG
1 lg. clove garlic
1 or 2 hot chili peppers
Cooking Instructions
Mix together all ingredients except beef. Add meat and let stand for a few hours. If you wish to serve immediately, put meat into sauce and add about 2 tablespoons more of soy sauce. Remove meat from sauce and broil over hot coals. Meat can be broiled in broiler or in skillet on top of range.
