Italian Stuffed Chicken Breast
Ingredients
1/2 C. tomato sauce
1 tsp. parmesan cheese
4 oz. chicken breast
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 C. Swiss cheese
1 tsp. melted butter
1 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Cooking Instructions
Mix crumbs, parmesan cheese and oregano. Pound the chicken breast thin. Cover with Swiss cheese. Roll up and brush with butter. Roll in crumb mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Add sauce and bake for 10 minutes more.
