Chicken Pasta Blue
Ingredients
3 boneless chicken breasts, skinless
6 sprigs fresh rosemary
6 sprigs fresh thyme
1 lb. ziti
3/4 C. unsalted butter
1/4 C. fresh lemon juice
1 C. gorgonzola cheese; shredded
salt and pepper; to taste
3-1/2 C. fresh spinach, torn in bite-size pieces
1 bunch nasturtiums
Cooking Instructions
Prepare pasta according to package directions; set aside. Poach chicken breasts; remove meat and cube. Combine all ingredients except nasturtiums. Garnish with nasturtiums.
