2 lb. baking potatoes, cut into 2″ cubes
boiling salted water
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 C. butter, melted
1/4 C. chopped parsley
3 Tbsp. chopped chives
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 C. lemon juice
