Herb Cheese Potato Topping
Ingredients
1 C. low calorie cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 dash garlic powder
Cooking Instructions
Combine and mix thoroughly. Chill. Keep refrigerated and use with potatoes, raw vegetables, or as desired.
