4 lg. Idaho baking potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 C. half & half or milk
1/2 C. grated cheese (Swiss, Mozzarella, or Cheddar)
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 to7 oz. flaked crab (canned or frozen)
parsley
paprika
1 Tbsp. minced green onion
1/4 tsp. nutm
