Spicy Mashed Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
2 medium-sized sweet potatoes
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt (or table salt)
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 C. spiced rum (or brandy, or orange juice)
Cooking Instructions
Boil the sweet potatoes in a saucepan with just enough water to cover the tops until soft (about 20 minutes). Mash with a spoon, add rest of ingredients and serve.
