Honey Balsamic Medallions Of Pork
Ingredients
8 center cut thick pork chops boned
1 egg
1/2 C. sesame oil
1 C. balsamic vinegar
1/4 C. honey
1 Tbsp. a-1 poultry sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper freshly ground
parsley minced
paprika
Cooking Instructions
Arrange medallions in 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking pan. In small bowl, beat egg; add oil and beat again. Stir in vinegar, honey, A-1 Sauce, salt and pepper. Using fiber brush, baste medallions with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender; turn and baste medallions every 15 minutes. Spread with any remaining sauce during last 15 minutes. Place on warmed platter. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley to taste.
