Pork Wontons
Ingredients
1/2 pound. pork
1 scallion, finely sliced
1 Tbsp. sherry
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. minced ginger root
1/8 tsp. sesame oil
24 wonton wrappers
Cooking Instructions
Hand chop pork and mix with remaining ingredients, except won ton skins. Wrap won tons (seal with water and folded up like tiny nurses caps). Saute over medium heat until brown on bottom. Cover and add 1/4 C. water and steam over high heat about 10 minutes.
