Pork With Salsa
Ingredients
1 pork roast
Fresh salsa to cover
Additional seasonings as desired
Cooking Instructions
Place the roast in crock pot. Cover with fresh salsa. Fresh salsa can now be found in the refrigerated part of your grocery store. Add any additional seasonings as desired. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until the roast is fork tender falls apart. To decrease the amount of fat, you might consider precooking it. Use the shredded pork to make various Mexican dishes, including pork enchiladas.
