Pork With Cabbage
Ingredients
1/2 C. pork, shredded
1 Tbsp. soya sauce
salt
1/2 medium cabbage, shredded
3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 C. water
Cooking Instructions
Shred pork and cabbage. Place oil in wok and heat to smoking point. Brown pork Add cabbage, salt, and soya sauce. Stir everything well. Add 1/2 C. of water, cover wok and cook all ingredients for 8-10 minutes, lifting wok cover from time to time to stir mixture.
