Pork Tenderloin Parmesan
Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins (fillet of pork)
1/4 C. parmesan cheese
1 large prego spaghetti sauce
6 ounce. mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
milk
bread crumbs
Cooking Instructions
Cut pork into 1/4-inch strips 3 to 4-inches long. Dip in eggs/milk mixture and bread crumbs. Fry in oil until just done; set aside. In a casserole dish lightly cover bottom with some spaghetti sauce. Arrange pork to fit dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with Mozzarella and bake 10 minutes more. Serve with favorite pasta.
