Pork Stroganoff
Ingredients
1 pound. ground pork
1/2 C. soft bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. oil
8 ounce. chopped mushrooms
1 small chopped onion
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 C. dry sherry
2/3 C. sour cream
Cooking Instructions
Combine meat, crumbs, eggs, salt and pepper; shape into meatballs. Brown in skillet in hot oil; drain. Save 2 Tbls.. Remove meatballs. Cook mushrooms and onion in drippings, until tender. Add flour; cook and stir until thickened. Stir in sherry and 1/2 C. water. Return meatballs to skillet; simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
