Pork Roast With Peach Chutney
Ingredients
1 can sliced peaches-16 oz. drained
1/4 C. raisins
1/4 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. vinegar
1/2 small onion
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
3 pound pork loin roast to 4 pounds
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients except roast in blender or food processor. Process until coarsely chopped. Place roast in crock and pour chutney over top. Cover and cook on: Low for 8 hours or High 4 hours.
