Pork Milano
Ingredients
2 pound. boneless pork loin, cut in small pieces
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/2 C. chopped celery
1 green pepper, cut in strips
3 ounce. can sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 C. milk
8 ounce. spaghetti
1 1/2 C. packaged croutons
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 C. grated sharp cheese
Cooking Instructions
Brown pork in hot oil. Then add onion, celery and green pepper. Sauté until tender. Add mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and basil. Mix well. Cover; simmer for 25 minutes. Then add mushroom soup and milk. Mix well; simmer for 5 minutes. Cook spaghetti and drain. In 9 x 13 inch casserole; mix pork mixture and spaghetti. Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees, uncovered. Cover with cheese until melted.
