Pork Creton
Ingredients
1 pound minced ,pork
1 C. dry bread crumbs
1 each onion grated
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. milk
Cooking Instructions
Place in saucepan all ingredients and stir well. Cover and cook over low heat 1 hour, stirring once or twice during cooking. Put into bowl and refrigerate.
