Pork Chops With Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
4 Pork loin chops, cut 3/4 inch thick
1 Small onion thin sliced
1 can Cream mushroom soup
3/4 C. White wine
1 can Mushroom pieces
2 Tbsp. Quick tapioca, (heaping)
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Beef bouillon granules
1/4 tsp. Dried thyme, crushed
1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
Rice, Hot cooked
Cooking Instructions
In skillet or oven brown chops. Place browned chops in bottom of crock pot. Combine all other ingredients except rice. Pour over chops. Cover. Cook on for 10-12 hours or on High for 4 1/2 to 5 hours.
