Pork Chops With Cranberry Stuffing
Ingredients
4 medium potatoes to 6 peeled, sliced thick
4 boneless pork chops to 6
1 package stuffing mix with cranberries 6 oz.
1 C. hot water
1 Tbsp. soft butter
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Place potatoes in a 3 1/2 quart or larger crock pot, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Top with pork chops, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Combine stuffing mix with 1 C. hot water and 1 Tbls. softened butter. Spoon over the pork chops. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
