Pork Chops In Tomato Gravy
Ingredients
6 pork chops
1 small onion, sliced in rings
1 clove garlic, minced
flour
salt and pepper
1 C. water
1 C. tomato juice
Cooking Instructions
Brown pork chops in hot fat. Drain. Sauté onion and garlic in same fat until partially browned. Add flour, salt and pepper to tomato juice. Add tomato juice mixture to onion; cook until slightly thickened. Place pork chops back in skillet; cook until tender, about 30 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
