Pork Chops In Cream Of Chicken Soup
Ingredients
pork chops (amount as needed)
1 or 2 cans cream of chicken
soup (amount as needed)
season salt
pepper
small amount of oil or
shortening
1 1/2 cans water
Cooking Instructions
Prepare pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown lightly in small amount of hot shortening. Brown each side without flour. Place each pork chop in baking dish after browning. Combine cream of chicken soup and water in frying pan with drippings from chops. Mix well and pour over chops in baking dish. Bake in oven for approximately 30 minutes or until done at 350 degrees.
