Pork Chops And Sweet Potatoes 2
Ingredients
4 pork chops
1 can peach halves (in natural juice)
1 can vacuum packed sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
Cooking Instructions
Place pork on one side of broiler pan. Drain peaches and save 1/4 C. juice. Arrange sweet potatoes and peaches in shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Drizzle syrup over potatoes and peaches. Broil chops about 4 inches from heat source 10 to 15 minutes. Turn chops; place baking dish on broiler pan with chops. Broil 10 to 12 minutes or until chops are done. Spoon syrup over sweet potatoes and peaches 2 to 3 times during heating.
