Pork Chops And Stuffing
Ingredients
4 pork chops
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
3 slices of bread cut into cu
1 can mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. chopped onion or 2 tsp. minced
1/3 C. water
1/4 C. melted butter
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Brown chops and place in a shallow baking dish. (2-2-1/2 quart ) Lightly mix together bread, onion, butter, 2 Tbls. water and poultry seasoning . Place a mound of stuffing on top of each chop. Blend soup and 1/3 C. of water, pour over chops. Bake uncovered for one hour.
