Pork Chops And Cabage Delight
Ingredients
1/2 C. cabbage, grated
4 pork chops
3 large potatoes
1 C. milk
parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Cooking Instructions
Butter a 2 quart square casserole. Spread the grated cabbage over bottom of the casserole. Slice unpeeled potatoes and place over the cabbage. Pour 1 C. milk over top. Place 4 pork chops on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered, at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
