Pork Chop Potato Bake Casserole
Ingredients
6 pork chops
1 can cream of celery, or mushroom
1/2 C. milk
1/2 C. sour cream
salt and pepper
24 ounce potatoes, or hash browns
1 C. cheddar cheese; shredded
1 can fried onions
Cooking Instructions
Brown pork chops in a small amount of oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 C. shredded cheese, and 1/2 the fried onions. Spoon into 13×9 inch baking dish. Arrange pork chops and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake for 5 minutes longer, uncovered.
