Pork Burritos
Ingredients
1 Tbsp. oil
3 pound pork; cut in 1 inch cubes
1 large onion; chopped
1 red bell pepper; diced
1 green bell pepper; diced
2 cloves garlic; minced
1 fresh jalapeno pepper; mince
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 can green chilies; chopped (4 ounce)
Cooking Instructions
Brown pork in oil. Add rest of ingredients except green chilies and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add green chilies before serving.
