Pork Barbecue Sandwiches
Ingredients
1/4 C. onion; finely chopped
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can condensed tomato soup (10 1/2 ounce)
1/4 C. catsup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
2 C. cooked pork; thinly sliced
5 sandwich buns; split
Cooking Instructions
In large skillet, combine all ingredients except pork and sandwich buns; blend well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in cooked pork; simmer an additional 10 minutes. Serve on sandwich buns.
