Pork And Barbeque Sauce On Bun
Ingredients
1 pound cook pork thinly sliced
1 1/2 C. barbeque sauce
4 large hamburger buns buttered
barbeque sauce
1 medium onion sliced crosswise
1 clove garlic minced
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 C. ketchup
1/2 C. dry white wine or sherry
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Cooking Instructions
Stir sliced pork into barbeque. Cook over low heat until pork is hot. Spoon pork with barbeque sauce into hamburger buns. Garnish with dill pickles and coleslaw. Barbeque sauce: Sauté onion and garlic in butter in heavy saucepan for 3-4 minutes or until onion is soft, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Simmer 5 minutes
