Pink Lemonade Cake
Ingredients
2 C. frozen pink lemonade
2 C. sugar
2 eggs
2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 C. chopped pecans
Topping
4 ounce package cream cheese softened
1/4 C. butter, softened
2-1/4 C. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Cooking Instructions
Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; mix well. Stir in flour, soda, and pecans. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan; bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Spread over top of cake.
