Pineapple Spice Ham Steak
Ingredients
1 center cut ham steak, 1 inch thick
1/2 C. melted butter
1 C. sherry
1 C. pineapple juice
2 tsp. ground clove
1/4 C. dried mustard
1/4 C. brown sugar
2 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 clove garlic, minced
Cooking Instructions
Combine butter, sherry, juice, cloves, mustard, sugar, paprika and garliC. Slash edges of ham and marinate in this mixture for 3 hours, turning often. Grill over low to medium coals for 20 minutes, basting frequently with marinade, turning occasionally.
