Pineapple Cranberry Relish
Ingredients
2 cake cranberries (1/2 pound)
1 C. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 C. granulated sweetener
Cooking Instructions
Wash cranberries, removing stems and soft berries. Grind raw cranberries. Add pineapple and sweetener. Serve when ready. Unused portion may be frozen in a plastic bag.
