Pineapple Carrot Bread
Ingredients
3/4 C. buttermilk 2/3
1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple drain 1/2c
1/2 C. shredded carrot 1/3
1 Tbsp. applesauce 1 1/2t
2 C. whole wheat flour 1 1/3
1 C. bread flour 2/3
1 Tbsp. brown sugar 2 tsp.
3/4 tsp. salt 1/2
1 tsp. yeast 1
Cooking Instructions
Place all ingredients into the pan, in the order listed. Select white bread, and press “Start”. Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room temperature.
