Pineapple Banana Cupcakes
Ingredients
3 C. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 C. diced bananas (about 2 large ones)
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. Sweet ‘n Low
1-1/2 C. cooking oil
Cooking Instructions
Put all ingredients in bowl. Blend but do not beat. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 minutes for cupcakes, or 80 minutes for a tube pan cake.
