Pecan Pound Cake
Ingredients
1 C. butter or margarine
3 C. sugar
6 eggs
3 C. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 pint sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 C. pecans
Cooking Instructions
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and mix well. Sift flour, salt and baking soda together and add. Add sour cream, vanilla and 1 C. of pecans; blend well with mixer. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch Bundt pan. Top with remaining 1/2 C. of pecans (optional). Bake at 300 for two hours.
