Pecan Cornbread Stuffing
Ingredients
2 C. corn breadcrumbs
1/2 C. finely chopped onion
1/2 C. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 C. water or chicken broth
1/4 C. pecans, finely chopped
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Stuff into poultry, or transfer to a lightly oiled casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes, if not used as a stuffing.
