Pear Cake 2
Ingredients
4 C. soft sliced pears (5 pears)
2 C. sugar
1 C. chopped walnuts
3 C. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 C. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 beaten eggs
Cooking Instructions
Pare, core and chop pears. Mix with walnuts and sugar. Let stand for 1 hour. Stir often. Add dry ingredients, oil, vanilla extract, eggs and mix well. Pour into a greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
