Peach Melba #3
Ingredients
6 peach halves, fresh or can
1/3 C. low fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 C. raspberries, pureed
sugar substitute, if needed
Cooking Instructions
Place each peach half in a serving dish. Spoon about 1 Tbls. yogurt over each peach half. Pour on the raspberry puree. Add sugar substitute before serving, if puree needs to be sweetened.
