Peach Crisp
Ingredients
4 ripe peaches, peeled and slice into 1/4-inch pieces
3 Tbsp. flour
2-1/4 oz. quick cooking oats, uncooked
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
2 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
3 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar, or 9 tsp. sweetener equivalent
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Toss peaches with 1 Tbls. flour. Place in a 6 by 11 inch baking pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over peaches. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until crisp. Serve warm or cold.
