Party Time Pork Chops
Ingredients
4 pork chops (about 1 pound.)
1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can condensed
cream of vegetable soup
4 thin rings green pepper
4 slices tomato
Cooking Instructions
Brown chops on both sides; pour off drippings. Stir in soup and water. Cover; cook 15 minutes. Place a pepper ring and tomato slice on each chop. Cover; cook 30 minutes more or until chops are tender. Stir often.
