Ingredients

8-10 med. potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. salt or garlic salt
cheddar cheese
paparika

Cooking Instructions

Add cream cheese, sour cream, butter and salt to the potatoes and beat until fluffy. Pour into a 2-qt. buttered dish. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and paprika. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Bake longer if refrigerated prior to baking. This can be prepared in advance.
