Parmesan Broiled Fish
Ingredients
2 lbs. fish fillets, skinned
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 C. parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 C. margarine, softened
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash liquid hot pepper sauce
Cooking Instructions
Place fillets in a single layer on a well-greased baking platter. Brush fish with lemon juice. Combine remaining ingredients. Broil fillets 4″ from heat source for 4 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Remove from heat and spread the cheese mixture. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 6 servings.
