Paprika Pork Patties
Ingredients
6 each servings
6 large garlic cloves
1/4 pound bacon, diced
6 Tbsp. ice water
4 tsp. sweet hungarian paprika
1 tsp. hot hungarian paprika
3/4 tsp. coarse salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 pound ground pork
1/2 C. chopped drained sauerkraut
Cooking Instructions
With processor running, drop garlic through feed tube and mince. Add next 7 ingredients and process until thick paste forms. Add pork and combine, using on/off turns Add sauerkraut and just mix in. With moistened hands, shape sausage into six 3/4-inch-thick patties; arrange on plate. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add sausage patties and cook until brown and just cooked through, about 6 minutes per side.
