Overnight Brunch Casserole
Ingredients
6 eggs, beaten well
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef and 1/2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
6 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 C. shredded mild cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 C. milk
Cooking Instructions
Combine eggs, beat, bread cubes, and cheese. Add the dry mustard, salt, and milk; mix well. Place in a 9 x 13 inch casserole. Refrigerate overnight and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 8.
