Ingredients

7 ounces sifted cake flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 ounces butter
7 ounces sugar
1 egg
1 C. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 C. blueberries
4 Tbsp. flour

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Toss berries with 4 Tbls. flour. Sift cake flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and mix well. Add vanilla. Add flour mixture and milk. Fold in berries. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 35-40 minutes
