Fish Fillets With Parsley Sauce
Ingredients
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 Tbsp. salad oil
2 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen perch fillets
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 C. butter or margarine
1/4 C. chopped parsley
1/4 C. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Cooking Instructions
Add 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to salad oil, mix. Rub mixture over fish. Broil over coals about 4 minutes on each side or until fillets are well browned. Combine mustard, butter, parsley, lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Spread 1/2 of mixture over fish. Return fish to grill till sizzling and fish flake easily. Serve with remaining sauce. Makes 6 servings.
